Chicken Stir Fry

step 1

Slice the chicken into thin bite size strips.

Put the chicken in a large bowl.

To the chicken add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 table spoon of black pepper then mix really well and marinate for about 30 minutes or longer.

While the chicken is marinating start chopping and slicing your veggies.

Put your sufuria on high heat, add in the oil then the chicken and stir fry the chicken for about 5 to 6 minutes then remove it from the pan.

Remove some of the oil from the pan.

Leave about 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan then start stir frying the veggies for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Next add the chicken back in then add in a 1/4 cup of soy sauce, the honey and cook everything together for about 1 more minute and you're done.

Serve it over some white rice and ENJOY!

2 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 table spoon vinegar, 1 table spoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon paprika and 1 tablespoon black pepper

1/4 cup oil

3 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon ginger

1 medium onion

1 red bell pepper

1 chilli(optional)

1 green pepper

2 table spoons of brown sugar or honey

1/4 cup soy sauce
