Pork Stew

Pork stew is a delicious and comforting dish mad with tender pork meat, vegetables and flavourful seasonings. It's a hearty meal that is perfect for colder weather or when you're looking for a filling and saisfying dinner.

Mix the pork and all spices (including salt) in a bowl.

Add in the all purpose flour and mix everything to form an even coat.

Deep fry the pork till crunchy.

In a cup, mix the hot and sweet sauce with honey and lemon juice.(Add a little warm water to help break the honey)

In a sauce pan, fry your onions till fragrant, add in your garlic and finely chopped green chillies. Cook for approximately two minutes and add in all your dry spices.

Add in your tomatoes and let them cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Pour in your prepared sauce and green bell peppers. Mix well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce.

Add in your fried pork, stir well and cover.

Reduce heat to medium and let it simmer for 7 minutes.

Add in your corriander leaves and turn off heat.

Serve with greens and ugali and ENJOY!

1 green bell pepper

4 crushed garlic cloves

1/2 cup hot and sweet sauce

1 table spoon honey

1 lemon (squeeze the juice)

Dry spices of your liking (preferrably black pepper, paprika, mixed spices and cumin)

Soy sauce

Salt

Green chillies

1 spoon all-purpose flour
